THREE F'07/history/ss

a) Source A comes from a photograph from the Guardian archive so the source could be positive. Source A does not show me that the the British soilders are victim in the bloody sunday riots. It shows me that there are a few injured people lying on the ground as i can see it in the source.
However, Source D contradicts Source A as the source tells me that Britian was treated with bad attitude as the source tells me that"Britian has done a lot for Ireland. I think they should give (the country) to us, but i don't think it should be violence that will bring about it."
The purpose of this source is to make people understand that british people was the one who got hurt during the bloody sunday riots.
Therefore, the source is reliable.

(b) Source b tells me that the protestants wish to see the country remain as part of the United Kingdom, as they think that they have different religious beliefs with the Catholics. The Protestants hope to be identified as one, and feel a sense of belonging in the country. As the source tells me that"We positively want to be part of the United Kingdom, not in the negative sense that we fear a united Ireland, but for the positive reason that we do have a feeling of belonging..."

Source C shows tells me that they want to stop fighting when they are together and wanted to be united, as all of them is the same except for the religion as the source tells me that,"hopefully our kids will keep their friendship with each other when they go back,and will pass along the idea that to hate someone".

Source B tells me about the causes of the conflict while source C tells me that the Protestants and Catholics can live together if they were not so superstitious about the religious belief.
